How to receive tickets
Visit https://www.milb.com/fort-wayne/tickets/digital for instructions on how to create a digital ticket account. Once we receive your registration, we will transfer tickets to your account. For easy delivery, please make sure the name and email address on your registration form match the name and email address on the digital ticket account.
How to receive gift cards
Once your tickets are confirmed and transferred, our confirmation email will include instructions for receiving the gift card. Gift cards are intended to offset the normal expenses of being at a game and can be used for concessions, the gift shop, or any other fun that day! Gift cards are available while supplies last, based on Swings4Theo funds.
Unable to attend?
If you are unable to attend the game that you registered for, please let us know at contact@swings4theo.org so we can make the tickets available to another child. We ask that you do not sell or transfer the tickets to anyone else.
Eligibility
Our goal is to provide a fun day at the ballpark for children with medical challenges. At this time, we do not have a specific definition for "medical challenge," but hope that families who register for tickets are honest that they have a child with a medical challenge who will be attending the game. If your child has been dealing with a medical condition and would have a brighter day by going to the ballpark, then this is for you!
